We would allways try our best and make sure all stock/s shown on our website are up todate, but at times there might be an error/mistake,

so please bear with us if this ever happens, and we would do our upper most best to make things right.

We have the right to update/modify or take off  our pictures as well online, as hair is ever changing  and constant, which is vital for our business,but be rest assured that we would display quality hair allways.

Prices & Payments

We believe our prices are fair and very reasoanle, but we operate with the rise of prices too, so for any reason/s our prices change, be sure we would allways make it fair for customer sto still shop with us

 We transact through a very secured channel with is Paypal and payement goes via your debit/card cards, we do not store credit card details.

Return Policy

You may exchange any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full exchange. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded. To put forward an exchange request please email us at [email protected]

Handling Time

Usually handling time may take about 2- 3 business days and 3-4 days for order placed on weekends. Once item is shipped out, we will send you email. For the custom make order, item needs to be produced first and then we will ship it out.

Please note:

1. we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.

2. For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

3. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers
